At Asc-IST our commitment to you, our customers and clients, is to ensure the protection of your privacy when you do business with us. How does Asc-IST use your personal information? Personal information will only be requested and used for the stated purpose to: fulfill your request for on-line meeting and mentoring services, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

How is your consent obtained?

The information requested is used only for the purpose of the meeting and for communications between you and Asc-IST.

For example, when you join an e-mail discussion list or pay an Asc-IST invoice on-line, it is clearly stated in the payment process that, by pressing the ‘Pay with Paypal’ button you are acknowledging and consenting to use of the information you have submitted in the application process.

From time to time you may participate in polls that Asc-IST runs. If you participate you may be asked for contact information to advise of products and services that might be of interest to you. You will have an opportunity to “opt out” and/or withdraw your consent at any time after which there will be no further contact.

How does Asc-IST protect your personal information?

Asc-IST will:

Like many Web sites, Asc-IST automatically collects certain non-personal information such as IP addresses. This is a numerical code that does not identify you individually but allows us to administer our web site and compile aggregate information on site traffic for internal use.
