A calendar view of our ongoing workshops is below.
Some of these workshops are described on our Workshops page here, including details on cost, what to expect at a given workshop series, and what you may gain from joining. Our STI4CC network has undergone a name change and modality adjustment to OLi-bytes. For each hour-long workshop, the first drop-in is free, and after that a CAD $35 charge applies for the remainder of 2025 to partially offset costs. Please contact us for more detail and until we release our blog post describing the community of interest.
A new five-part series, on Applications of GenAI for Citizens, has recently emerged from peer review. We are in the process of dividing it into two different workshop series. Contact us for information on the existing three-part series available on demand, for beginners. Drop-ins are welcome at $25 per person, per hour-long workshop, minimum five people per workshop. We can offer the series at times suitable to your group. A description of the pilot can be found here. We will provide a blog post soon.
The series of meetings for our collaborative project with an NGO in Uganda is private, but we plan to have an open house in June.
Workshop timing is stated in Pacific Time (PT), Mountain Time (MT), Central Time (CT), Eastern Time (ET) and Atlantic Time (AT) in North America, and in Central European Time (CET). If you live outside these regions, you can determine what time the workshops are held in your own time zone by checking the World Clock Meeting Planner.
